Amending a rejected declaration

If your declaration has been rejected, it means that Customs will no longer be processing it. You can start amending the rejected declaration by clicking “Show submitted declaration” at the bottom of the page.

The image shows the error reason. The following details of the error are displayed: code, error reason, error pointer and original incorrect value.

On the “Summary and submission” page, you can see the error that caused the rejection of the declaration.

If you want to amend your rejected declaration later, you’ll find it in the “In progress” tab on the front page.
