Transport information

Under “Transport information”, there are fields for the following details:

• container details
• transport documents.

Containers 

If you are providing a container detail, click on “+ Add container”.

If the goods are in a container at the time of declaration, enter the container number in the field “Container identification number”. For a sea container, provide the identification number in the format “four letters + six digits + hyphen + check digit”.

Under “Declaration goods item numbers”, provide the goods item number. You can provide the goods items by clicking on the pencil icon. A new window will then open. When you have provided all goods items, click on “Save”. The window will close and you go back to the declaration. This detail is mandatory if you provide more than one container. 

For example, if the declaration covers five goods items and the goods are loaded in two containers, indicate which goods items are loaded in the container in question. 

Transport documents

Add a transport document by clicking on “+ Add document”. Choose the document type and provide the document identification. If needed, upload an attachment.
