Presentation notification when an entry in the declarant’s records (EIDR) is used
Entry in the declarant’s records (EIDR) is a simplified declaration procedure that is subject to authorisation. The use of the procedure requires submitting a presentation notification to Customs. Send the presentation notification, when you have made an entry in the records concerning the goods that have arrived.
For general instructions on completing a declaration, see the section “General information about completing a declaration”.
The sections of the presentation notification
The presentation notification consists of three sections:
- Parties
- Declaration header, which is common to the whole declaration
- Goods items.
