Amendment and invalidation of exit declarations
You can’t amend an arrival at exit notification, a re-export notification or an exit notification.
Amendment of an exit summary declaration
You can amend an exit summary declaration until you’ve received a loading permission. An exception to this are bulk goods (such as unpackaged liquid fuels, cereals or fertilisers) for which the loaded quantity can be amended. If you have provided the additional information code “FIXBL – Bulk loading” in the original exit summary declaration, it is possible to amend the declaration.
The declarant’s, representative’s or service provider’s details mustn’t be amended. If these details change, invalidation of the declaration must be requested and a new declaration must be submitted using the correct details.
You can amend the declaration by clicking on the “Amend” button on the “Summary and submission” page. The button is visible only when it is possible to amend the declaration.
Invalidation of exit declarations
An exit summary declaration and a re-export notification can be invalidated. An exit notification can’t be invalidated.
