- the exit date and time
- the place of exit
- the MRNs in the export declaration, exit summary declaration or re-export notification for the goods that have exited.
The exit notification is submitted no later than on the first working day following the departure of the means of transport.
The declarant, that is, the carrier or their representative, is responsible for submitting the exit notification and for the correctness of the details provided in the notification. The exit notification cannot be amended.
The sections of the exit notification
The exit notification consists of two sections:
- “Parties”, where the following details are provided: contact person, representative and trader at exit.
- “Declaration header”, where the header level details are provided, such as trader reference, exit date and time, actual customs office of exit, means of transport at the border and previous documents.
Each section of the notification is displayed separately in the service. You can move to the different sections by clicking on the appropriate button in the side navigation.
