Notification of the intended movement

The authorisation holder of the storage facility dispatching the goods must submit a notification before the movement of the goods. The movement of goods can commence once the notification is registered.

Sections of the notification on intended movement

The notification on intended movement comprises two sections:

• ”Operators”, indicating operator details for the entire declaration
• “Item to be cleared”, indicating details on authorisation, location and goods.
