Notification of finalization of the movement

The storage authorisation holder of the dispatching facility must notify Customs about the the end of transfer. 

The notification can also be submitted directly by using the previously submitted notification on intended movement. When the notification on intended movement is registered, you can click on the icon for finalising the movement on the “Summary and sending” page. If you notify Customs about the end of the movement in this way, most of the information is filled in automatically.

Sections of the notification of finalisation of the movement

The notification on intended finalisation of movement comprises two sections:

• ”Operators”, indicating operator details for the entire declaration
• “Item to be cleared”, indicating details on goods and movement.
