Discharge notification for a specific declaration from the ‘Summary and submission’ page

If you are notifying of the discharging of the customs warehousing of goods covered by only one or a couple of declaration, open the declaration on the ‘Finished’ list or fetch the declaration by filtering e.g. according to the MRN.

Choose the declaration from the list. The declaration opens from the ‘Summary and submission’ page.

By clicking ‘Discharge’ you can submit a discharge notification for a specific declaration. Use this only if you are the holder of a customs warehousing authorisation of their representative. 

The system will check whether you are sure you want to submit a discharge notification. If you are sure that you want the declaration to be discharged, click OK.

The system will confirm the successful discharge of the declaration.

You can close the discharge notification by clicking ‘Close’ at the bottom of the page.

The discharged customs warehousing declaration will be shown on the declaration list ‘Finished’ and its state is ‘Discharged’.
